Machine relocation – LRM

With our innovative solutions, you can choose between comprehensive and hybrid relocations. Take a moment to see the benefits of both solutions and choose the most optimal.

Comprehensive relocations

One of the core activities of ATS is the relocation of machinery, equipment, process lines, and manufacturing cells.

We also offer the implementation of projects for machine installations (various extraction/ventilation systems, electrical systems, IT systems, coolant and water systems, and compressed air systems) according to the customer’s needs and requirements.

In performing our services, we use professional specialist equipment to meet the highest quality and safety standards.

We have nearly 100 specialists in industrial mechanics, electrics, and automation.

Our strength is people with at least 20 years’ experience in working with machines and production lines.

We guarantee timeliness, reliability and professionalism.

Our range of services includes:

  • Disassembly and assembly of machines and plants
  • Loading and unloading
  • In-house transport
  • Domestic and international transport
  • Full-service connection and commissioning
  • Construction of foundations for the installation of machines and production lines

Hybrid relocations

Solutions used for hybrid maintenance also work well for relocations. ATS has developed and patented solutions to increase the availability of workers for machine and equipment relocation.
With the staff availability issues in mind, we have prepared a ready-made solution to optimise the use of all technical and personnel resources available.

The solution generates savings of about 30% of the contract value.

A distinctive feature of hybrid relocations is that the contract is not only based on assignments but also on cooperation at both management and technical level. Employees of our customers appreciate working with our relocation team as they learn new solutions and management methods and take responsibility for additional elements of the contract.

Lean machine relocation

  • Shortage of expert staff for machine start-up
  • Machine downtime due to assembly errors
  • Failure to meet deadlines and schedules
  • Lack of knowledge and specialist equipment to carry out relocation

These are some of the most common challenges currently faced by maintenance managers. As a company with many years of experience in managing relocation projects, we know and understand them very well.

In addition, as specialists in machine relocation, we can say today with full responsibility that we have a solution. The Lean Machine Relocation (LMR) strategy is successfully implemented at our customers and helps them overcome their daily challenges.

In a nutshell, LMR covers the following areas:

  • Comprehensive relocation and installation of machines, process lines, and factories, including connection and commissioning
  • Post-relocation technical support, including servicing, inspection, overhaul of machinery and equipment, and granting of CE mark
  • Hybrid maintenance
